With an initial deposit of N5,000,000 (Five Million Naira Only) you will be given the exclusive right to select a Unit for purchase from the Company’s inventory of available Units at the launch of the product.

These units will come at a discount to you, which means upon completion of purchase, you will be making a decent profit at a bargain price unlike other people who do not make reservations before the August 31st 2021 deadline.

But please note, you are only allowed to reserve only one unit under this reservation scheme.

The Reservation Fee of N5,000,000 shall be credited towards the consideration payable for the Unit you choose and it is refundable if at any point you wish to withdraw your reservation.
