HOW IT WORKS

We have been able to develop an easy, flexible payment plan with one of the leading Mortgage Banks in Nigeria and this effectively puts your NHF contribution to use. We are currently offering an option for you to pay the initial deposit (20%) conveniently for a duration of 6 months to 48 months. We would agree to a plan that suits you for the payment which can be monthly OR quarterly. During this period, we would commence mortgage application with First Trust Mortgage Bank for the balance 80%. This balance would be repaid to the mortgage company for a period of up to 30 years.

HOW TO APPLY

STEP 1

Select your preferred home ownership package

STEP 2

Pay required initial deposit. Complete NHF and requisite forms.

STEP 3

Commence monthly payments.

STEP 4

Complete monthly payment. NHF loan is disbursed.

STEP 5

6 months later, Handover of home to subscriber.

Mixta Flex is designed to extend payment of the initial deposit / equity contribution of the cost of your preferred home type for up to 24 months during which the mortgage loan kicks in with repayment for NHF over a longer period of time.

An equity contribution is required for mortgage but we are spreading this for between 1-2 years. However, an initial deposit (d) starting from N500,000 would be paid depending on the property choice. At this stage, you are required to complete an application form and submit KYC documents (means of ID, utility bill and a passport photo) to your relationship manager.

The balance on the equity contribution can now be spread for up to 24 months
